1. The stand must be built before the end of 2015.

2. The stand will measure no more than 12 square metres.

3. The stand must be in the Gauteng Province.

4. Art work for graphics to be provided by client.

5. All extra costs, such  electrical supply, JOC applications, Structural Engineer's etc. will be at the exhibitor cost.

6. A four weeks' notice must be provided prior to the stand being built to allow for production

7. All items are on a hire basis and remain the property of Compex.
